Refund, renewal & cancellation

prepMED Premium is a digital subscription inside the prepMED app. The ৳299 plan gives one month of Premium access and the ৳999 plan gives one full admission season. The ৳1,249 combo adds the Live Exam Batch, which can also be bought alone for ৳350, and single-subject packs start at ৳299 for a year.

Payments are collected in the app (bKash and the other methods shown at checkout). This website does not take payments.

The monthly plan is renewed by you each month — it does not silently auto-charge. The full-season plan is a single payment and does not renew.

You can stop at any time by simply not renewing. Your Premium access stays active until the paid period ends; nothing is removed early.

Because Premium content unlocks immediately, a subscription is generally non-refundable once the content has been used.

We do refund, in full: duplicate payments, payments that were deducted but never activated Premium, and payments made by mistake where Premium content has not been used — if you contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Approved refunds are returned to the same bKash or payment account within 7–10 working days.

Email contact@prepmed.net with your phone number, the payment date and the transaction ID. We reply within 24 hours on working days.
