prepMED Merit League

Merit League rules

These rules apply to every Merit League event unless a specific event publishes something different.

Eligibility

Open to every medical admission candidate with a prepMED app account. Premium is not required.
One participant may take a week's exam once, with one valid ticket.

A ticket becomes valid only after the payment is verified. Pending tickets cannot be redeemed in the app.
Each ticket carries its own number and QR token. Do not share your ticket number publicly.
A ticket is valid for the week it was bought for and cannot be moved to another week.

Entry fee is paid by bKash or Nagad to the number shown on the purchase page, then the transaction number is submitted.
The amount is always calculated by prepMED from the published entry fee; it can never be changed from the browser.

The exam runs inside the prepMED app at the scheduled time with the official timer.
Questions, screenshots or answers of a running exam must not be shared.

Merit is the reviewed score published from the week's frozen MCQ scoring and tie-break rules.
Ties are separated by time taken, as recorded by the app.
This website never recalculates a score or a rank; it publishes the app's official result.

One account per student. Multiple accounts, shared logins or automated answering void the result.
Any attempt to use more than one ticket for the same week removes the participant from the merit list.

The Prize Pool grows with participation. Published milestones: 100 participants ৳4,000; 200 ৳7,000; 250 ৳8,000; 300 ৳9,000; 500 ৳14,000; 1,000 ৳25,000; 2,000 ৳45,000; 5,000 ৳100,000.
Only the champion — Rank 1 on the published merit list — receives the Prize Pool for that event.
Rank 2 to Rank 5 receive an honorable mention only. There is no cash prize for these positions.
The Prize Pool is counted from verified entries and locked when ticket sales close; it is never reduced afterwards.
Winners are contacted on the phone number used for the ticket. Identity is verified before a prize is released.

If an event is cancelled, every verified ticket for that event is refunded in full.
A verified ticket that was not used cannot be refunded after the exam window closes.
Technical problems during the exam are handled by prepMED app support and may result in a re-attempt window at prepMED's discretion.
